On Saturday, October 16th, 2010 at 1:30 pm will take place the unveiling of Marcel Barbeau’s last sculpture “Liberté”. The event will take place at the Maison Ludger Duvernay, the head office of the Socitété Saint-Jean-Baptiste of Montreal where it will be permanently settled. This historic house is situated in 82, rue Sherbrooke Ouest, in Montreal. Marcel Barbeau produced this sculpture within the framework of a command of the Fondation Octobre 70, which made the Société Jean-Baptiste of Montreal his agent.
