On Thursday October 27, the 7th édition of Elysées Modern and contemporary Art Fair was opening in Paris. Joined to the the Élysées design Fair and to YIA Art Fair, this évent is mainly devoted to international modern and contemporary historical artists.

Galerie Chauvy thatreprésents Marcel Barbeau in Paris since 2012, is showing at its stand 105A some Marcel Barbeau’s paintings with some of his 1977 performance photos by Robert Etchevery besides works by Jean-René Bazaine, Georges Mathieu, Paul Jenkins, Raoul Ubac et Laroslav Serpan. According to his dealer, marcel Barbeau’s Works are well received by that art fair visitors and one of His painting was immediatly sold on the opening night.

The exhibition goes on until Monday October 28 at 6 PM. The fair is located in Pavillon along Champs Élysées between Place Clemenceau and Place de la Concorde. A Barbeau one man show will follow art the Gallery Chauvy from October 29.
