On November 12th, 2013, Marcel Barbeau participated in the official ceremony of the Prix du Québec in the Hotel of the Parliament in the presence of the Prime Minister Mrs. Pauline Marois and the Mr. Maka Kotto, Minister of Culture and Communications and Mr. Pierre Duchesne, the Minister of higher education, Research, Science and the Technology. After a brief welcoming ceremony the presidency salon, where the Prize-winners were able meeting the Prime Minister along with both concerned Ministers and sign the visitors’ book, the prize-winners joined some 350 guests in the room of legislative council where took place of ceremony.
