Résonances, exhibition at Galerie Chauvy, Paris

Marcel Barbeau and Marion Chauvy, director-owner of the gallery at the exhibition opening

On June 20th, a few hours after the opening of the exhibition ” New waves ” in the Palais de Tokyo, Marcel Barbeau went to the opening of ” Raisonnance : Paintings, performances, photo “, at the Gallery Chauvy, one of the exhibitions included in this important event. Two of his photos of performance, a video of its performance with Anna Wyman Dance Theatre (of October, 1978), and two of his recent gestural paintings were presented, next to works of Georges Mathieu, François, Arnald and Paul Jenkins, three other important pioneers of the interdisciplinary performance.
